Frank Paneno, CPA has been providing accounting and tax services to businesses and individuals for more than 40 years. Classically trained in business at the University of Southern California (1980), he began his career at the Big Eight firm Deloitte Haskins & Sells, where he was certified and quickly drawn to the field of taxation. He went on to earn his Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 1986.

During the 1990s and 2000s, Frank served as a Revenue Agent with the Internal Revenue Service. This experience gives him a deep, practical understanding of IRS procedure — an advantage he brings to clients facing audits, notices, or complex tax issues in today’s challenging environment.

Frank also works extensively with creative professionals, including software engineers, artists, and members of the motion picture industry. He speaks the language of these fields and understands their unique tax landscapes.

All work is handled personally in his Pasadena office, and when clients call, Frank answers the phone himself. His practice is built on clarity, precision, and direct support.
